A Week of Inspiration and Renewal

Someone recently asked me why I didn't have any pictures of my sisters from our Sisters Week.  So, here are a few that I took with them doing some of the things we did that week.

They came with luggage and stuff for a month! (They stayed a week.)

We made cards,

We took a color tour.

We took field trips.

We each made a quilt like this.

One of us started a second quilt!

Another had to refer to her owner's manual of her new machine before she could begin sewing.

We ate in (Cooking in her new apron made that week)

 We ate out.

We visited historical sites.

Our finished products:

They went home inspired and renewed. (I went to bed!:)
We are all looking forward to next year and more fun and adventures!

I so want to be able to host one of these weeks for my sisters and I and I have enjoyed gleaming so many of your ideas! ( as usual)
The quilts are very cute and looked fun to make. I bet they enjoyed making their purses also:)

I think we do have lots in common. It looks like you ate at Dear Lizzy's so you live close by. You are a quilter so maybe I already have seen you at the Utah Valley Quilt Guild. Are you a member of the guild?

I'm going to Aspen Grove for a quilt retreat soon and even got a little chance to work on my Halloween quilt today. There is never enough time for the projects I want to work on. Thanks for adding me to your follower list. I look forward to getting to know you better.
